30.11.2009 the Chairman of the board of the joint-stock company "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca"  Aivars Keskula is dismissed and Natālija Petrova is elected as the Chairman of the board of the joint-stock company "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca".
  
       Since 30.11.2009 the board of the joint-stock company "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" consists of:

- The chairman of the board: Natālija Petrova (the citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 270375-10208, place of residence Valkas street 58-105, Daugavpils, Latvia).

Members of the board:
-      Andrejs Šilovs (the non-citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 130962-10224, place of residence  Puškina street 52-42, Daugavpils, Latvia);
-     Kazimirs Steļmačenoks (the non-citizen of the Latvian Republic, personal code 070361-10204, place of residence Alejas street 12-5, Daugavpils, Latvia).

The Chairman of the board has the right to represent joint-stock company together with one more Member of the board, except for cases when Members of the board authorise one or two of them to conclude a deal in a certain case or of a certain kind.
