On September 14th, 2007, JSC „Olainfarm” has held „Investors‘ day“. Within the framework of the event representatives of JSC "Olainfarm" management have met potential and existing investors and commented on their questions. During the meeting guests have been offered to watch presentation reflecting some future operation and developement plans of JSC „Olainfarm“.

Representatives of management of JSC „Olainfarm“ during the Investors’ Day held at Olainfarm on September 14, 2007 informed about the development plansand possible mechanisms to raise the necessary financing.

Assessing different possible mechanisms of raising the funding, repeated share issue is also being looked at. However, the decision to proceed with it is in no way taken yet and will be considered by the company’s Board and the Council as one of several solutions. It will be done according to all the legal procedures and such decision, should it be made, will also include the details about the size, terms and other significant aspects of such transaction.
