Changes Board

On June 30.2009 Jurijs Malejevs resined from the position of member of the

Board.

On June 30.2009 Gunars Lacis took the position of member of the Board.

Changes Council

Due to the changes in pension legislation and in accordance with paragraph 296, chapt.1, p.8 of the The Commercial Law of Latvia I announce that from June 27, 2009 Andris Prikass  resign  from the position of the member of the Council of JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR” .

Mr.A. Prikašs has no company shares with voting rights.
