Redemption of “Apex Investments” bond issue

By this SIA "APEX INVESTMENTS" (unified registration No. 40003612223, legal address at 3 Andreja Pumpura str., Riga, LV-1010, Latvia) announces that restructuring of its bond issue (Issue) has been successfully closed and the Issue redeemed on 30 April 2009 as specified in the Issue prospectus.

As the result of the restructuring the investors received SIA “Acme Corporation” (unified registration No. 40103225945, legal address at 3 Kronvalda bulvaris, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia) bonds. SIA “Acme Corporation” is the sole shareholder of SIA “APEX INVESTMENTS”.
