AS ”KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” (No. Reg.: 40003044007) declares, that in April 29, there is elected the new Board of AS ”KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1”.  

The structure of the Board is as follows:

        1.      Peteris Fridenbergs – Chairman of the Board;
2.      Aldis Ozols – Member of the Board;
3.      Andris Taurins – Member of the Board.

Peteris Fridenbergs has the following education:

·        Incomplete higher education Riga Tehnical University (specialty: Automatics and  Telemechanics, 1975).

·        Completed the studies in Technical college of Kandava (specialty – Energetics, 1971)

Peteris Fridenbergs  During the last 3 years has held the following offices:

·        SIA “AIZPUTES AUTO” – chairman of the Board;

·        SIA “AIZPUTES BRIKETES” – chairman of the Board;

·        SIA “GUTTA” – chairman of the Board;.

Peteris Frīdenbergs owns the shares AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1”.

Aldis Ozolas has higher education: In 2006, the Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Latvian Agricultural University (specialty machine sciences).

Aldis Ozols during the last 3 years has held the following offices in AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” :

·        2004 Technologist of manufacturing shop;

·        2006 Foreman of Metal Foundry and  Grinding shop;

·        2009 Manager of Procurement and Logistics department;

·        Since 2007 – member of the Board of AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” .

Aldis Ozols does not own the shares of AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” .

Andris Taurins has higher education – In 1994, the Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Latvian Agricultural University (specialty: Mechanization of agriculture).

Andris Taurins during the last 3 years has held the following offices in AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” :

·        Technologist 1997 – 2004;

·        Chief technologist 2004 – 2008;

·        Technical director since 2008;

·        Member of the Supervisory Board of AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” May 9, 2000 – May 28, 2009.

Andris Taurins does not own the shares of AS “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1” .
