Teksts On 21 April, 2009 Mortgage and Land Bank of Latvia has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia for the implementation of the program Improvement of Competitiveness of Enterprises. The co-financing of total amount 63 228 456 EUR (44 437 212 LVL) is allocated from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

According to the requirements of the EU for the issuing of the loans from the ERDF the Loan Fund is established with total amount of 58.5 million Lats, i.a., co-financing from ERDF and state – 43.3 million Lats and from Mortgage and Land Bank of Latvia – 15.2 million Lats.
