As of April 16, 2009 the following members were dismissed from the council:

As of April 16, 2009 a new council of  the SJC ‘’Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka’’ was elected to a period  of 3 (three) years, composed of the following members:

Dāvids Tauriņš,

Baiba Bāne,

Baiba Brigmane.

A new member of a council Baiba Brigmane is a deputy of Riga City Council since 2005, member of Education, Youth and Sports Issues commitee and member of Finance and Administration commitee of Riga City Council.
