Based on provisions of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 “On Dividends, Interest, Principal and Other Income Payments”, AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” will make a coupon (interest) and principal amount payment on its second issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800324) for the sixth coupon period (21.10.2008.-20.04.2009.) on 24 April 2009.

The total calculated interest amount is EUR 171,875.00; the coupon (interest) amount per note is EUR 3.4375. The principal amount of the notes is EUR 5,000,000; the due principal amount per note is EUR 100.

According to the issue prospectus of the Bank, the coupon rate is fixed for all interest calculation periods and is 6.875 % per annum.
