On March, 17th, 2009 chairman of board of joint-stock company «Riga electro machine-building factory» Grigory Uspensky has given interview to the newspaper “Telegraph” in which he gave the analysis of a crisis situation at a factory and in Latvia, and also has briefly described process of re-structuring of a factory.
