On basis of resolution of extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated 09.01.2009 about amendments to the Articles of the company in respect of the number of members of the Management Board and resolution of the Council meeting, there was a new Management Board elected consisting from 3 members:

• Eduards Zavadskis – Chairman of the Management Board;
• Pjotrs Dorofejevs – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Nataļja Redzoba – Member of the Management Board.
