BluOr Bank AS informs about the planned bond issue

On 25 March 2024, the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of BluOr Bank AS adopted a decision on the arrangement of BluOr bank AS bond issue, anticipating that, BluOr Bank AS will issue bonds that qualify as Additional Tier 1 instruments with a total volume of up to EUR 3 million.

The funds obtained are intended to be used to promote the growth of the loan portfolio.
