AS “mogo”, reg.no. 50103541751, hereby informs about changes in the management board of AS “mogo”. The Chairman of the Management board, Anete Pallo, is leaving the position as of 1st March 2024. The position of the Chairman of the Management board will be taken over by Vladislavs Mejertals.

V. Mejertals graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics and obtained a Master’s degree (MBA). Since 2019 V. Mejertals is the regional COO of AS Eleving Stella, (sole shareholder of AS “mogo”) and since 2020 – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory board of AS “mogo”. Before joining the Eleving Group, V. Mejertals gained significant experience in the non-bank lending and debt collection industries, managing the non-bank lending company Wandoo Finance Spain. He also worked for more than six years at ASA B2Holding group companies in the Baltics.
