The Supervisory Board of Conexus Baltic Grid has decided to continue its cooperation with the current Board Member, Chief Financial Officer Mārtiņš Gode, by electing him for the next term of office until the 31st of December 2028.

The Supervisory Board also decided to organise a competition for the Conexus Board Member, Technical Director position, as the current Conexus Technical Director, Gints Freibergs, will not continue to serve on the Management Board in the next term of office.

A Nomination Committee composed of Ilmārs Šņucins, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Viktors Sentuhovskis, Member of the Supervisory Board, has been set up to search for a candidate for Technical Director.

Conexus Supervisory Board previously had already decided to continue its cooperation with the current Chairman of the Conexus Management Board, Uldis Bariss.
