JSC "Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca" informs that by the decision of the Council of the Company Jānis Tarvids was elected as a member of the Board of the Company.

Mr Tarvid was born on 18 October 1972 and has a technical education.

Work experience:

In 2022 and 2023, Janis Tarvids was a member of the Board of Directors of TTparts Ltd. and ARS GROUP Ltd.

Jānis Tarvid does not hold any shares in JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca”.

On 13 September 2023, the appointment of J. Tarvid as a member of the Management Board is registered in the Commercial Register of Companies..

By resolution of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Raimonds Bruževičs was appointed Chairman of the Management Board from among the members of the Management Board, which was registered in the Commercial Register of Companies on 13 September 2023.
