On 21 August 2023, the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of BluOr Bank AS adopted a decision on the arrangement of BluOr Bank AS bond issue, anticipating that in the second half of 2023, BluOr Bank AS will issue bonds that qualify as Additional Tier 1 instruments with a total volume of up to EUR 6 million.

The funds obtained are intended to be used to promote the growth of the loan portfolio and high-yield bond portfolio.
