AS "Storent Investments" announces that the submission of the 2022 consolidated and separate annual report has been delayed and the company plans to submit it by May 10, 2023.

On December 28, 2022, changes were made in the composition of AS "Storent Investments" shareholders, and SIA "Storent Holdings" became its sole shareholder. Consequently, AS “Storent Investments” and its subsidiary companies become part of the newly established holding, which, in addition to the Storent group, also includes SIA “SEL Investments” group.

This change had a significant positive impact on the further development of the Storent Group and the financial indicators, therefore the correct reflection of the changes in the reports requires more time than was planned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
