As recently announced, on 17.02.2023 Bank of Latvia has received SIA Emsco application to receive permission for expressing the voluntary takeover bid for AS “HansaMatrix" shares in accordance with the Share Buyback Law Article 15, paragraph 1.

HansaMatrix informs that SIA Emsco plans to acquire at least 75% of HansaMatrix voting shares and that in case the voluntary share purchase offer is successful, SIA Emsco intends to propose the delisting of HansaMatrix from the regulated market.
