In reference to the articles published on the LETA website on November 8,2008, at 17:51 and “www.liepaja.lv” website on November 9, 2008, at 14:50, the JSC “Liepājas metalurgs” Chairman of the Board Mr. V.Terentjevs has confirmed that during the extraordinary meeting of the Government on November 8, 2008 the decision was made to issue the government guarantee by the Republic of Latvia for the modernization of the JSC “Liepājas metalurgs”.
