The liquidation process of the joint-stock company "KURZEMES ATSLĒGA 1" has been completed. The liquidation process of the company coincided with the time when the COVID pandemic was raging all over the world, and thus the possibility of selling the company's assets to other merchants significantly worsened. The situation was also aggravated by the economic crisis caused by the pandemic and the war, the uncertain future economic forecasts in the country and the world. Despite the difficulties, the company was able to fully settle with the company's creditors and ended operations with a small capital balance.

The liquidation capital of the company amounts to EUR 36,729,

The liquidation quota per 1 share is EUR 0.04.

The liquidation quota will be transferred to the Latvian Central Depository, which will further transfer it to the shareholders.The payment of liquidation quotas will be started 2 months after the publication of the liquidation report - on October 31, 2022.

 Depending on the progress of the process, the date of payment of the liquidation quota may be postponed.
