In accordance with Clause 6.7.1 of Prospectus of debt securities ISIN LV0000802312, Pillar Capital, AS hereby informs that on 22 September 2022 it shall carry out early redemption of bonds in full amount at price of 100% of the face value, disbursing to investors the interest accrued and undisbursed by the date of early redemption, setting 15 September 2022 as the date of record.

In total, the value of principal amount of the redeemed and fully repaid bonds shall constitute 10 million euros.

The objective of early redemption of bonds is to decrease the costs of the financing attracted by Pillar Capital, AS.

Pillar Capital, AS is a company founded in 2006. The objectives of its operation include investing own and third-party funds in commercial and residential real estate objects to achieve sustainable increase in income from renting the premises and enlarging of the value of properties.
