The Board of JSC VEF Radiotehnika RRR received a notification on 02/11/2020 regarding the acquisition of a significant shareholding in the share capital.

For the shareholder Inga Spruga, the share of voting rights reached 17.12% of the total capital and for the shareholder Armands Maļejevs the share of voting shares reached 24.93% of the total capital.

Significant participation has been acquired as a result of inheritance.
