With this JSC “KURZEMES ATSLĒGA1” informs that amendments in the Articles of Association approved by the annual general shareholders meeting on April 24, 2020, which stipulates that, the nominal value of the shares is changed from EUR 1.40 to EUR 1.00, has been registered within Commercial registry on September 18, 2020.

The record date for the changes in the nominal value is set to October 12, 2020.

The number of the Company's registered and bearer shares will not change and will remain 918 144. After the reduction of the Company's share capital, the Company's share capital will be 918 144 EUR.
