In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on August, 4, 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make a coupon payment (interest) on the notes (ISIN: LV0000800407) for the sixth coupon period (from May 2, 2008 till August 01, 2008) for the total amount of 200,790.00 EUR. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is 2.0079 EUR.

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums set the coupon rate for the fifth coupon period on its notes at 7.857% p.a.
