The shareholders meeting of AS „Akciju komercbanka „Baltikums”” resolved: - To elect and approve the Bank’s Supervisory Council; - To establish the Audit Committee. There will be four members on the Bank’s Supervisory Council, who have served on the Council before: - Aleksandrs Peškovs, Chairman of the Council; - Sergejs Peškovs, Deputy Chairman of the Council; - Andrejs Kočetkovs, Member of the Council; - Oļegs Čepuļskis, Member of the Council. According to the revised Statutes of the Bank, there will be three members on the Audit Committee. Audit Committee members: - Sergejs Peškovs; - Zinaida Ponomareva; - Margarita Guļajeva.
