As a result of the new share emission JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums paid up share capital has been increased by LVL 653,200 to LVL 15,178,200. The emission has been fully subscribed to and paid up by the Bank’s shareholder – JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa.

JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa shares are owned by five residents of Latvia:

· SIA Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings – 25%;
· SIA Sergey Peshkov Holdings – 25%;
· SIA Oleg Chepulsky Holdings – 25%;
· SIA Andrey Kochetkov Holdings – 25%.

On June 16, 2008 the meeting of shareholders of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has passed a resolution to increase the Bank’s share capital to 15,178,200 LVL and accordant amendments to the Articles of Association.

“3.1. The fixed capital of the Company amounts to 15,178,200 LVL (fifteen million one hundred seventy eight thousand and two hundred lats). The fixed capital of the Company consists of 15,178,200 (fifteen million one hundred seventy eight thousand and two hundred) shares. The value of one share is 1 LVL (one lat).”
