AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" (RER) informs that it has received notification from MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED on the acquisition of substantial participation, according to which the shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED purchased 3 722 511 shares of RER, which is 64,19% of the voting capital.

Thus shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED holds 5 638 303 shares of RER in total, that is 97,23 % of the voting capital.
