AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" informs that it has received notification from MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED on the acquisition of substantial participation, according to which the shareholder MEASURESTEP ENTERPRISES LIMITED purchased 1 915 792 shares of AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca", which is 33.04% of the voting capital.
A notice has been received from the shareholder for obtaining a qualifying holding.
