By decision of the Extraordinary Meeting of Members on 21 September 2017, changes have been made in the composition of the Baltic Dairy Board Ltd. Council:

1. Gatis Jurisons, Deputy Chairman of the Council, has been excluded from the composition of the Council;
2. Edvīns Samulis has been approved as the new Deputy Chairman of the Council.

For the last 3 years, Edvīns Samulis has worked for Baltic Dairy Board Ltd. as Executive Director. During these three years, he became involved in all structural units of the company and optimized their operation. His main duties were related to the procurement of the company's raw material and product sales. He also participated in the company's cash flow and budget planning. Every year Edvīns Samulis represents the company at international food fairs, during which the company has signed new contracts and improved relations with existing/new clients. Starting from October 2017, Edvīns Samulis starts working for Baltic Dairy Board Ltd. as Sales Director, and his main responsibilities are related to both, procurement of the company's raw material and sale of the entire company's production.
