International credit rating agency Moody’s Investors Service has developed Latvenergo AS Green Bond Assessment In-depth Report. The reports can be found on Latvenergo AS website’s section Investors / Financial Information / Bonds / Green Bonds.

As previously announced, in October 2016, Moody’s Investors Service assigned the highest GB1 (excellent) rating to green bonds issued by Latvenergo AS, basing its decision on transparent and highly efficient decision-making process within the company, transparent management of proceeds, and effective reporting and disclosure procedures.

Latvenergo AS, in June 2015, issued green bonds in the amount of 75 million euros, completing the programme with another issue of 25 million euros in April 2016.
