In June 2017, Pillar Development, SIA, a company of ABLV Group, founded a new subsidiary — Hanzas Dārzs, SIA with share capital of EUR 300,000. Accordingly, ABLV Bank, AS shall have significant indirect interest in the said company.
Hanzas Dārzs, SIA is going to manage the development of the land plot of 1.6 ha at the New Hanza territory making a park there and undertaking its maintenance. As reported, the park is going to be located at the very centre of New Hanza territory opposite the future building of Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art.
Ieva Valtere has been elected the Chairperson of the Board of Hanzas Dārzs, SIA, while Roberts Meiers will be Member of the Board.
