Joint stock company “Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” announcement on appointment of Council Members

 

On the basis of the decisions made at the shareholders’ extraordinary meeting of 15 February 2017 and the Council sitting of 15 February 2017, to the Council for a term of five years were elected:

 

Agnese Dūze - Council Chairman

Maija Brunovska - Deputy Council Chairman

Ināra Kanska - Council Member

Andris Paškausks - Council Chairman

Paulis Paškausks - Council Member

 

Professional activity of the members of the Council

Agnese Dūze – works in different commercial companies as a legal adviser since 2007. Bachelor’s degree in construction business management and economics in 1998 from Riga Technical University; Second level higher professional education in Regional economics (engineering) from Riga Technical University in 2000. Second lever higher professional education in law from the University of Latvia in 2005.

Previous work experience – senior state auditor and lawyer for the State Audit Office of the Republic of Latvia from 2000 to 2007 (financial and legal audits in municipal governments, Ministry of Economics and its subordinate and supervisory bodies).

Maija Brunovska - from 2000 till 2009 has been working for the State Animal Breeding Inspectorate as a Head of Animal Breeding Division. Since 2009 is the Board Chairman of SIA “Animal Breeders Association of Latvia”.

Ināra Kanska - from 1996 till 16 November 2006 had been working for the Salaspils City Council as a specialist in rural development. Since November 2006 has been working for SIA company “Animal Breeders Association of Latvia” as a specialist in animal. Acts as self-employed person – artificial insemination technician and cattle-breeding supervisor.

Andris Paškausks – graduated from the Faculty of Hydromelioration of Latvian Academy of Agriculture in 1988 obtaining second level professional education. The owner of the Paškausks’ farm “Liepas”.

No shares of the JSC “Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” held.

 

Paulis Paškausks – received a Bachelor’s degree in business and management from the University of Agriculture of Latvia, in 2016 completed the Latvian Agricultural Consultation and Education Centre vocation training centre program “Basic Agriculture”. Since 2012 works as an agronomist in Paškausks’ farm “Liepas”.
