On January 31, 2017, Riga Kurzemes Court decided to terminate the legal protection process of JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR".

As well as to terminate the legal protection set action limits and applied methods, terminating the legal protection process.

JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" has fully repaid the claims of secured creditors JSC "SEB banka" and the State Revenue Service, and covered the payments provided for unsecured creditors. Objections or claims of creditors to cover down payments were not received.
