Hereby akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” informs that:

-       On the 5th of January 2017 offeror - SIA “LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)" (registration number 40003000252, legal address: 15 Jana Dalina Street, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia) has amended the compulsory and final expression of the stock redemption offer’s prospectus of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”, that was confirmed by the decision of Financial and Capital Market Commission, dated 9th of January 2017 (hereinafter referred to – Amendments of prospectus);

-       Amendments were made to Subclause 6.5. of prospectus, specifying the date, on which SIA "LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)" shall transfer sum of money in euros to the money account of AS "Latvijas Centrālais depozitārijs" at the Bank of Latvia, which corresponds to the total value of still not purchased bearer stocks of akciju sabiedrība "LATVIJAS TILTI";

-       Amendments of prospectus do not affect the offer’s period. The offer’s period is 30 (thirty) calendar days, starting from the 5th of January 2017 to the 3th of February 2017 (inclusive).
