Announcement on changes in the Management Board of AS „Latvijas balzams”.

 

 

Today, on April 29, 2008, at new elected Supervisory board meeting of AS „Latvijas balzams” new members of the Management Board were elected, due to the fact that actual chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Rolands Gulbis, left his position, and the following members of the Management Board – Mr. Aleksandrs Jerņevs and Mr. Valižans Abidovs are elected to the Supervisory Board of „Latvijas balzams”. The following persons were elected as members of the Management Board: Mr. Kārlis Andersons – as the chairman of the Board, head of production – Mr. Ronalds Žarinovs and head of personal and administrative department – Ms. Signe Bīdermane; Mr. Sergejs Ļimarenko and Mr. Egils Dzerelis will continue performing their duties as the members of the Management Board.
