Under the bond issue programme, ABLV Bank, AS has performed two new coupon bond issues, their total size amounting to USD 75 million and EUR 20 million at face value. During initial placement, the bonds were acquired by 110 investors. The issues were performed under the Sixth Bond Offer Programme, and the bonds are planned to be included in the regulated market — Baltic bond list of Nasdaq Riga — on 12 July 2016. The parameters of the issues:
Taking into account the already redeemed bonds, we have performed 36 public bond issues so far. Currently, 19 bond issues are included in the Baltic bond list of Nasdaq Riga.
