On Thursday, April 28, 2016 JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” organized its Investor Conference Online Webinar for shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. During the webinar the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” Robert Kirkup, Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” Ģirts Apsītis and Finance Director of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” Santa Spūle informed about the latest activities after the Annual shareholders meeting of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” and discussed future plans of the business development opportunities of the company. During
the webinar the Chairman
of the Management Board of JSC
“Latvijas kuģniecība” Robert Kirkup informed that
negotiations with banks
continue in tandem with the capital raising process on refinancing
the existing credit liabilities. In addition JSC
“Latvijas kuģniecība” would like to increase its fleet under
technical management up to 36 vessels. The
