Pursuant to the Law on the Management of State–Owned Capital Shares and Capital Companies and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Investment of State Owned Real Estate into the Share Capital of Latvenergo AS”, the share capital of Latvenergo AS has been established in the amount of 1,288,531,097 euro. On 10 December this year the respective increase was registered with the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia.

The share capital has been increased by 84,740 euro, by the Ministry of Economics investing state real estate as the property investment. The investment includes 157 land units, undivided shares of one land unit and seven buildings with the total state property investment value of 84,740 euro. Thus, the share capital of Latvenergo AS has been increased to 1,288,531,097 euro from 1,288,446,357 euro.
