JSC "Ventspils nafta" has been informed by Euromin Holdings (Cyprus) Limited ("Euromin") that Euromin is in discussions with JSC "Latvijas Naftas Tranzits" ("LNT") to acquire LNT's 43.25 per cent stake in JSC "Ventspils nafta".
