In six months of 2015 SIA VIA SMS Group as per unaudited financial results has operated with consolidated turnover EUR 6.3 million and has reached net profit amounting EUR 1.1 million

In reporting period from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015 consolidated turnover of SIA VIA SMS Group and its subsidiaries was EUR 6.3 million. Profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization was EUR 1.8 million, net profit after tax was EUR 1.1 million and net credit portfolio at the end of reporting period was EUR 8.3 million.

Net profit growth of 11% (compared with the same period last year) has been achieved thanks to the long-term stabilization of economic activity, cost optimization and improve the quality of the loan portfolio.

Net loan portfolio as per June 30, 2015 has increased for 4% (compared with net loan portfolio as of 31.12.2014.) Loan portfolio growth is achieved thanks to the Polish subsidiary`s loan portfolio growth.

At the end of April 2015 VIA SMS Group resumed operations in Spain by establishing of 100% subsidiary ViaConto Minicredit SL. Such a move has been planned already in 2014 when it was decided to sell 35% of VIA SMS MiniCredit S.L. shares owed by VIA SMS Group.

Unaudited Interim Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015 includes data for ViaConto Minicredit S.L.

In December, 2014 SIA VIA SMS Group increased its share capital by EUR 800,156. At of June 30, 2015 total equity was EUR 1,261,223
