In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 20 April, 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make a coupon payment (interest) on its second issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800324) for the fourth coupon period (from October 20, 2007, till April 20, 2008) for the total amount of 171,875.00 EUR. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is 3.4375 EUR.

According to the terms of the issue, the coupon rate is fixed for all calculation periods and equals 6.875% p.a.
