Decisions:

2)      Approve the JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" financial reports for year 2007 and consolidated reports for year 2007.

3)      To free the members of the Board and Council from being held responsible for the year 2007 operations.

4)      Put the JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" year 2007 profit of 16 434 385 LVL (EUR 23 384 023) into productions development.

5)      Approve the year 2008 budget, in which the income is forecasted in the level of 221 410 275 LVL (EUR 315 038 439), expenses as 220 775 850 LVL (EUR  314 135 733), and profit as 634 425 LVL (EUR 902 705).

6)      To authorize the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Liepājas metalurgs” V.Teretjevs to sign the “Brochure for Bearer’s shares of JSC “Liepājas metalurgs” inclusions in the Regulated Market” and putt in to Public circulation 8 486 033 shares of the JSC “Liepājas metalurgs” and include them in to the Regulated Market.
