JSC "Grobiņa" management report that on July 07, 2015 has been elected member of the Council Jānis Liepiņš. Jānis Liepiņš in 2010 at the Stockholm School of Economics has acquired the professional Master's degree in business management and organisation (Executive MBA).

Since 2013 until now Jānis Liepiņš is the partner in FlyCap company and was a member of the Council 6 portfolio companies.

As well as on July 07, 2015, elected JSC "Grobiņa" Council member Ģirts Milgrāvis in 2012 RTU Riga Business School (RBS) has acquired professional master's degree in finance (MBA).

Since 2013 until now Ģirts Milgrāvis is the partner in FlyCap company and is a member of the council of 4 portfolio companies.

The newly elected members of the Council does not belong any shares of JSC "Grobiņa" .
