JSC "Talsu mezrupnieciba" informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on April 24, 2015 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on June 16, 2015 (end of the day).

The Articles of association are registered within Comercial registry on May 26, 2015.
