Denomination of shares from lats to euro

AS “Kurzemes ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on April 28, 2015 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on June 15, 2015.

The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on May 08, 2015.

Taking into account that the nominal value of shares are set to EUR 0.70, number of company’s shares will increase two times. The record date is June 15, 2015, which means that for all shareholders who will own company’s shares on June 15, 2015 (end of the day), in the morning of June 16, 2015 (before opening of the market) the amount of shares owned will be doubled.

The approved amendments to the Statutes attached.
