In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No. 8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 3 April 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make ahead of schedule a coupon payment (interest) on the credit linked notes (ISIN: LV0000800530) and will pay off a total amount of the issue. Nominal value of Credit Linked Note is LVL 1000.00, number of issued Credit Linked Notes is 500, total amount of the issue is LVL 500,000.00.

Bank will make a coupon payment (interest) on the credit linked notes (ISIN: LV0000800530) for the third coupon period (from January 1, 2008 till March 31, 2008) for the total amount of 15,811.25 LVL. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one bond is 31.6225 LVL.
According to the JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums terms of the issue, the coupon rate is set for each interest calculation period. The coupon rate is based on three months RIGIBOR rate, which is fixed on the coupon rate determination date, plus 2% p.a.
According to Bank of Latvia, three months RIGIBOR rate on 2 January 2008 was 10.51% p.a. hence the coupon rate for the third coupon period on credit linked notes (debt securities (notes) linked) at 12.51% p.a.
On 3 April 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make also a coupon payment (interest) on the credit linked notes (ISIN: LV0000800530) for the third coupon period (from April 1, 2008 till April 3, 2008) for the total amount of 335.83 LVL. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one bond is 0.67166 LVL.
According to Bank of Latvia, three months RIGIBOR rate on 1 April 2008 was 6.06% p.a. hence the coupon rate for the third coupon period on credit linked notes (debt securities (notes) linked) at 8.06% p.a.
Payment for the both periods will make on one payment. Total amount is LVL 147.08. The total size of the coupon payment (interest) per one bond is LVL 32.29416.
