On February 19, 2015, AS „Nordeka” signed three contracts with VSIA “Autotransporta Direkcija” on providing public transport services with coaches in the regional intercity routes network parts “Centrs-1A” (services will be provided together with partners AS „Rīgas taksometru parks” and AS „Liepājas autobusu parks”), “Centrs-1B” (services will be provided together with partners SIA „Aizkraukles ATU”, SIA „Ogres autobuss” un AS „Liepājas autobusu parks”) and “Centrs-1C” (services will be provided together with partners SIA „AIPS”, SIA „Tukuma Auto” and AS „Liepājas autobusu parks”). AS „Nordeka” together with the mentioned partners were granted the rights to provide public transport services as winners of the procurement tender.

In network parts “Centrs-1A” and “Centrs-1C” the provision of services will commence on March 18, 2015; in part “Centrs-1B” – on March 1, 2015.

The signed contracts are valid till 31 December 2020.

AS “Nordeka” total estimated contract amount share is 9 898 382 EUR.

Settlement of payments for provided services will be executed in accordance with Regulation of Cabinet of Ministers No 341, approved on 15 May 2012.
