On 24 February 2015 a total of 938 bonds with an initial nominal value of 1,000 EUR will be issued. The coupon rate is 10% per annum over a 7-year term with repayment of the principal once a quarter starting from 30 June 2019 on maturity date - 31 March 2021. After issue Baltic bond list of the Exchange “NASDAQ OMX Riga” will include 20,000 company’s bonds at 1,000 EUR per total amount 20,000,00 EUR, where they are available for free trading. In accordance with the issue prospectus, AS “mogo” was entitled to issue additional 938 bonds (total nominal value of 938,000 EUR) by 31 December 2015. The bonds were assigned securities identification number (ISIN) LV0000801363 and the issue prospectus was registered by the FCMC on 23 October 2014.

According to company management, the issue was organized in order to finance further growth of AS “mogo”. Another advantage of the issue is increased recognition on the regulated capital market and among institutional investors.

Based on audited financial statements for the first half of 2014, the turnover of JSC “mogo” reached EUR 2.2 million, with a corresponding profit of 176 thousand euros.
