In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No. 8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 3 April 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make ahead of schedule a coupon payment (interest) on the credit linked notes (ISIN: LV0000800530) and will pay off a total amount of the issue. Nominal value of Credit Linked Note is LVL 1000.00, number of issued Credit Linked Notes is 500, total amount of the issue is LVL 500,000.00.

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums declare that size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note will be precised on 1 April 2008.
