On 4 February 2015, JSC “Latvian Shipping Company” has received two corrected notifications from JSC “INTERNATIONAL BALTIC INVESTMENTS LTD” regarding disposal of the significant shareholding in the share capital of JSC “Latvian Shipping Company” and two corrected notifications from Arnis Nicgalis regarding disposal of the significant indirect shareholding in the share capital of JSC “Latvian Shipping Company” (4 notifications attached).

According to two corrected notifications dated 27th March 2014 and two corrected notifications dated 3rd April 2014 after concluded deals Arnis Nīcgalis indirectly, by controlling AS “INTERNATIONAL BALTIC INVESTMENTS LTD”, owns 8 580 372 LSC shares which is 4.29% from total voting capital of LSC. In its turn, AS “INTERNATIONAL BALTIC INVESTMENTS LTD” directly owns 8 580 372 LSC shares which is 4.29% from total voting capital of LSC.
