The shareholders meeting of AS “PrivatBank” has elected the Council for the next term of office. Yuriy Pikush has been elected the Chairman of the Council, Viktor Samarin – the Deputy Chairman of the Council, Oleksandr Vityaz has been elected as a member of the Council and Yuriy Kandaurov is a new member of the Council.
Yuriy Kandaurov has been acting as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of the Individual Customers Service Business of CJSC CB ”PrivatBank” (ЗАО КБ “ПриватБанк”), Ukraine, since 2003. The new member of the Council does not own AS “PrivatBank” shares.
